IR House

This two-story house was built to be the owner’s residence in old age. To answer the needs of a large guest area, a courtyard is built on the middle side that functions as a green area and a place to relax, as well as an event area to invite guests. The first floor functions as a place for the elder’s activities and their rooms, the second floor is more as a service area and their children’s room when they come to stay.
The facade of the house takes a simple and modern concept that is monochrome black and white with wood material accents.
