Alam Sutera House

Residence | Alam Sutera House – Tangerang | Design 2016 This project is located at Alam Sutera, where this housing have regulation about the minimum area for green open space and no-gate allowed as site boundary. This house will be occupied by small family (father, mother, and 2 sons). Their requirement are safety design and make more open space for kids playing area. Concept for this house is using ground floor as open playing area while private space is appointed.
